SPACE PLANNING

At Office Scapes, we take the time to learn about your company. We will work with you to understand the current and future requirements of your facility. In conjunction with a preliminary budget analysis, we help to determine the appropriate furnishings for your project. Our design staff implements the research and development of a workstation or office area by providing typical drawings, product specifications and costs. To help visualize these layouts; we can produce computer-generated isometric drawings. We will either create new floor plans or our CAD systems capabilities allow us to take your block drawings and "drop" typical workstations/offices into the spaces allocated. When appropriate, furniture samples or complete mock-ups can be provided to help the selection process.
